Individual Training
No equipment necessary! Sessions are one hour each and focused generally on improving strength, power, cardiovascular conditioning, functional movement, balance, and flexibility. Specific targeted goals we might work on together are weight loss, weight gain, post-rehab after surgery/injury, or sport specific training.

Hours are 6am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm Saturdays, subject to availability.


Small Group Training
Bring a friend, or a few friends, and save money while having fun (or commiserating) together. Exercises can be modified to suit a variety of ability levels, and programs tailored to different goals.

Rates per person are discounted off the standard individual rate,
by the following amounts:
$10.00 discount per session for each person in a group of 2
$15.00 off per person for groups of 3
$20.00 off per person for groups of 4


Virtual Training
Best suited for people who are already familiar with basic resistance and cardiovascular exercise, but with schedules too full or unpredictable to schedule in-person training. Written training programs and descriptions are emailed once a week to follow at your convenience. Includes anytime email access to trainer and once-monthly 60-minute phone consultations.

Sample 1-week program (no phone consult): $20.00.
Full 1-month Program: $80.00.
Additional consultations and in-person sessions are available at an additional cost.


Coaching for Running
For beginning runners who need a place to start and a general introduction to the sport, to more seasoned runners who need a new way to continue improving. Train for your first race, get faster for your next one, or just add spice to your routine.

Program planning rates vary by training time and type. Standard training rates apply.


Weight Loss & Nutritional Consultations

All the information out there about losing weight, burning fat, and keeping it off can be overwhelming. In one hour, you can learn to separate the useful from the trendy and understand on a physiological level how to make your metabolism work in your favor. And that may be all you need to get started. Or maybe you've got the exercise routine down, and you even know how to keep it fresh, but you're still not making progress - it could be what you're eating, or how much, or when. With information from a food diary you'll be asked to keep, we can add good things to your diet without making you feel deprived.
