Vision
I believe physical experience is a metaphor for our inner life. Talking and Thinking are crucial for gaining insight, but they can only get you so far. There comes a point in every journey or conflict when you have to stop planning and start doing. No matter how hard it is, no matter how long it takes, and even if you feel like you have no idea what you're doing. Just do something. And whether you think it will be tedious, or you think it will be fun, it will be.
The difference between being someone who gets what they want, and someone who doesn't, is the way you see yourself. And because no one lives in a vacuum, self growth must happen through interacting with the physical world and relationships with other people.
By engaging in physical challenges and surpassing your own expectations, you become that person who can always do more than you think you can, in any setting. Are you ready to start becoming the person you want to be? |
