Personal Training with Elaine Hursen

"It's one of the more strange and appealing things about running that
the world becomes transformed by your every motion through it."

You are Here For A Reason
I believe there is a reason why
you are reading this page right now,
instead of working or doing something you love.
I believe that if any of the following sounds familiar to you,
you've been waiting for someone like me:
  • Exercise feels like a chore rather than a way to HONOR yourself as a whole person.

  • You've had trainers in the past, but you're still looking for the RIGHT trainer.

  • You want to be more active, and you even KNOW what you have to do, but something is standing in your way.

  • As soon as you meet a health goal or experience some success, something happens and you're BACK where you started.

  • You can make healthy choices most of the time, but you feel SABOTAGED at vulnerable times when it seems like no one cares if you succeed.

  • With so many other things going on, exercise is the LAST thing on your list.

  • You just want to be able to do what you LOVE with more energy.

Together, we can uncover the motivation you already have by working on ways to move these, and other obstacles aside.

Integrate the physical part of you with the mental and emotional, and allow yourself to feel WHOLE again.
